RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1018
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6) 2014
POLICE PATROL VEHICLES.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-1017, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Six (6) 2014 Police Patrol Vehicles, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on December 9, 2013 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
