RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1022
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCO BULK SYSTEM USAGE
AGREEMENT #11713 WITH ACCO UNLIMITED
CORPORATION OF JOHNSTON, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the ACCO Bulk System Usage Agreement #11713 dated
December 9, 2013, for swimming pool chemicals and equipment for
the SportsPlex, with a minimum expenditure of $2,200.00 per year,
by and between ACCO Unlimited Corporation of Johnston, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2013.
