RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1024
RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM WATER POLLUTION
PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP) FOR SOUTH HILLS GOLF
COURSE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for South
Hills Golf Course Drainage Improvements, as prepared by AECOM of
Waterloo, Iowa, by and between Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2013.
