RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1026
RESOLUTION APPROVING COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH KINZLER EQUITIES,
LLC AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Collateral Assignment of Development Agreement dated
December 9, 2013, to allow the tax rebates for the property to
transfer from the previous owner to the new owner, by and between
Kinzler Equities, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2013.
