RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
2013 JOHN DEERE 770G MOTOR GRADER FOR THE
STREET DEPARTMENT, THROUGH THE STATE OF IOWA
BID PROCESS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Public Works Director be and the same is hereby
authorized to Purchase One (1) 2013 John Deere 770G Motor Grader
for the Street Department, in the amount of $193,257.00, through
the State of Iowa bid process.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2013.
