Re: Amendment No. 1 to the December 17, 2025, Agreement for Design Services,
Bidding -Related Services, and Construction -Related Services
2025 Wastewater Treatment Plant Raw Wastewater Pumping Building Rehabilitation
This is Amendment No. 1 to the referenced Agreement.
Under Scope of Services,
Design Services, REPLACE Item No. 1 in its entirety with the following:
"1. Prepare structural and architectural drawings for the Raw Wastewater Pumping Building
Rehabilitation with technical specifications on the drawings for inclusion with
OWNER -prepared Bidding Documents. Rehabilitation will include analysis and design of a
support system for the second floor wall which sheared at the bottom connection to the second
floor slab, replacement of five embedded aluminum floor access doors above Easton Raw
Wastewater Wetwells No. 1 and No. 2, and replacement of four corroded personnel doors."
Construction -Related Services, Item No. 2, CHANGE two site visits to "four site visits."
Under Compensation, CHANGE $19,000 to "$36,000" and REPLACE the table in its entirety with the
following:
