RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1035
RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE WITH
OPERATION THRESHOLD OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Assignment of Lease dated December 9, 2013, as part of
the acquisition of 300 West 3rd Street for the continued
development of the SportsPlex area, by and between Operation
Threshold of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
