RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1050
RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE ACCESS AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO MSA LP D/B/A VERIZON WIRELESS
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Site Access Agreement dated December 16, 2013, for
placement of a new cell tower in Byrnes Park for environmental,
geotechnical, radio testing, etc., by and between Waterloo MSA LP
d/b/a Verizon Wireless and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day f December, 2013
