RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY WITH
NEW CONSTRUCTION DWELLING LOCATED AT 927
LAFAYETTE STREET FOR $122,000.00, PLUS COSTS,
TO TEANNA SMART, AS JANUARY 6, 2014, AT 5:30
P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO,
IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of January, 2014, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the sale and
conveyance of City -owned property with new construction dwelling
located at 927 Lafayette Street for $122,000.00, plus costs, and
legally described as follows:
Parcel "0" of Plat of Survey Doc. #2012-10080 being
part of Lots 8 and 9, Block 25, in the Original Plat,
on the East Side of the Cedar River, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Subject to restrictive covenants, ordinances, and
limited access provisions of record, if any, and to
existing easements, if any.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
