RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1056
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JDE ENGINEERING, PLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 16, 2013,
in an amount not to exceed $31,950.00, for professional
engineering services related to the development of preliminary
and final platting for the expansion of the Northeast Industrial
Park, by and between JDE Engineering, PLC of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2013.
