RESOLUTION NO. 2026-063 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH CROSSROADS REALTY, LLC DATED JANUARY 5, 2026, TO AMEND THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION, AND INSTRUCT THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa previously entered into a Development Agreement and Minimum Assessment Agreement with Crossroads Realty, LLC, dated January 5, 2026; and WHEREAS, Crossroads Realty, LLC has requested, an Amendment to the Agreement for the limited purpose of amending the legal description. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that: 1. The Amendment to Development Agreement and Minimum Assessment Agreement with Crossroads Realty, LLC, amending the legal description to the Agreement dated January 5, 2026, is hereby approved. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February 2026.
