RESOLUTION NO. 2026-066 RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,990.00, WITH WTT PROPERTIES, LC, LOCATED AT 3105 AIRPORT BOULEVARD, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa is undertaking the Waterloo Air and Rail Park Utility Improvements Project; and WHEREAS, in connection with the project, the City requires a Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement across/within property owned by WTT Properties, LC located at 3105 Airport Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the city has negotiated a Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreement with WTT Properties, LC, including compensation in the amount of $15,990.00; and WHEREAS, this easement is integral to enhancing the City's utility service capabilities and ensuring long-term infrastructure stability. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that: 1. The Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreement, with a compensation amount of $15,990.00, between WTT Properties, LC., and the City of Waterloo, for property located at 3105 Airport Boulevard, in conjunction with the Waterloo Air and Rail Park utility improvements, is hereby approved. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February 2026.
