RESOLUTION NO. 2026-052
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF PRAIRIE MEADOWS FIRST
ADDITION, SUBMITTED BY SNYDER & ASSOCIATES;
AND PERFORMED BY BOOMERANG CORPORATION, AND
FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS , the subdivision improvements for Prairie Meadows First Addition have
been completed and were submitted for acceptance by Snyder & Associates; and
WHEREAS, said improvements were constructed/performed by Boomerang Corporation
in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and applicable City standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the completed improvements and
recommends acceptance, subject to the receipt of a two-year maintenance bond in a form and
amount acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Council hereby approves the acceptance of the public improvements for
Prairie Meadows First Addition, as submitted by Snyder & Associates and constructed by
Boomerang Corporation, and authorizes the same to be accepted on behalf of the City, subject to
final administrative processing consistent with City requirements.
2. The two-year maintenance bond for Prairie Meadows First Addition is hereby
accepted.
