RESOLUTION NO. 2026-052
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER CR-2026-
0040 IN THE AMOUNT OF $232,440.00 TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH EN COMMUNICATIONS, OF LISLE,
ILLINOIS, FOR THE WATERLOO FIBER PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo, Iowa has entered into an Agreement with EN
Communications of Lisle, Illinois, for construction/implementation services in connection with
the Waterloo Fiber Project; and
WHEREAS, Change Order CR-2026-0040 has been submitted in the amount of
$232,440.00, for approval to address additional work and/or revisions necessary for the Waterloo
Fiber Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Council hereby approves Change Order CR-2026-0040 to the Agreement
with EN Communications, Lisle, Illinois, for the Waterloo Fiber Project, in the amount of
$232,440.00.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
