RESOLUTION NO. 2026-056
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,800.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE REPLACE/UPGRADE ALCMS
(AIRFIELD LIGHTING CONTROL AND MONITORING
SYSTEM), FAA AIP GRANT 3-19-0094-061, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa is undertaking the Replace/Upgrade ALCMS
(Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System) project, and
WHEREAS, the Project is associated with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Grant No. 3-19-0094-061; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo,
Iowa to provide professional services in conjunction with the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City has received and reviewed a proposed Professional Services
Agreement from AECOM for said services in an amount not to exceed $26,800.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Professional Services Agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $26,800.00, for
professional services in conjunction with the Replace/Upgrade ALCMS (Airfield Lighting
Control and Monitoring System) project associated with FAA AIP Grant No. 3-19-0094-061, is
hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
