RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1064
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF AIRPORT
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH TRILLION AVIATION
OF AUSTIN, TEXAS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Airport Management Agreement dated December 16, 2013, in
an amount not to exceed $79,800.00, plus expenses, for airport
management consulting, be extended to June 30, 2014, by and
between Trillion Aviation of Austin, Texas and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
