RESOLUTION NO. 2013-1066
RESOLUTION APPROVING WASTEWATER DISPOSAL
SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION WITH
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Wastewater Disposal System Construction Permit
Application dated December 16, 2013, in conjunction with the CIP
Lining for Service Area 15 and 16, by and between the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
