RESOLUTION APPROVING
SEPARATE STORM SEWER
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
DIRECTING EXECUTION
MAYOR.
RENEWAL OF THE MUNICIPAL
SYSTEM (MS4) PERMIT WITH
NATURAL RESOURCES AND
OF SAID APPLICATION BY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that renewal of the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4)
Permit, in the amount of $1,250.00, for storm sewer discharge, by
and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
