We, the undersigned Members of the Board of Supervisors and ex-officio County Board of Canvassers for this County,
do hereby certify the following to be a true and correct abstract of the votes cast in this County at the Special (WL W2 TFV)
Election held on the 24th day of February, 2026, as shown by the tally lists returned from the several election precincts.

Frank Magsamen Received one hundred five (105) votes
Dave Morrow Received four hundred eighty-five (485) votes
Ali Parrish Received three hundred sixty (360) votes
Candidate Total Nine hundred fifty (950) votes
SCATTERING Zero (0) votes
TOTAL Nine hundred fifty (950) votes
We therefore declare:
Dave Morrow duly elected for the office of WATERLOO COUNCILMEMBER WARD 2 -TFV for the remainder of the four-year
term, ending January 2, 2028.
