Phase VA In the Clty of Waterloo,
Iowa
CONTRACT NO. 1141
RECEIVING OF BIDS
Sealed proposals +MII be received by
the Clty Clerk of the City of Waterloo.
Iowa, at her office in the Clty Hall of
the said City on the 26th day of Feb-
ruary 2026, until 1:00 p m.for the con-
struction of the FY 2026 CIP Pipelin-
ing Phase VA, Contract No. 1141, as
described in detail In the plans and
specifications now on llle in the Office
of the City Clerk.
OPENING OF BIDS
All bids received will be opened in
the Council Chambers at City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the 25
th day of February 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
and the proposals will be acted upon
at such later time and place as may
then be fixed by the City Council. It is
anticipated that the City Council will
act upon the proposals at their regular
meeting on March 16, 2D26. The bid
opening will be livestreamed on You -
Tube and made available on the city
website.

publlc hearing on the proposed plans.

are now on file in the office of the City
Clerk for public examination, and arY

written objection thereto with the City
Clerk before the date set for said hear-
ing, or appear and make objection

make objection thereto at the meeting
above set forth.
SCOPE OF WORK
Work of this contract entails con-
structlon of Cured -in -Place Pipelining
(CPI.) sanitary sewer lining located
to the City of Waterloo, identified as
Sewer Service Area 16 (SA16), as
shown on the Drawings. The proj-
ect includes cleaning, root removal.
