A public hearing will be held on the
16th day of March 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
approve the request by C&S Prop-
erties to rezone approximately 0.49
acres from "R-4" Multiple Residence
District to "C-2' Commercial District
located at 911 South Street and 519
W. 7th Street legally described as
follows:
The Southwesterly 80 feet of Lots 6
and 7, and the Northwesterly 30 feet
of the Southwesterly 80 feet of Lot 8,
all in Block 6: In Doe's Addition to the
Village of Waterloo, lowa. AND The
Northeasterly 60 feet of Lots 6 and 7
and the Northeasterly 60 feet of the
Northwesterly One-half of Lot 8, Block
6, in Doe's Addition to the Village (now
City) of Waterloo, Black HawkCounty:
Iowa.
Anyone who Is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
