RESOLUTION NO. 2026-103
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF UNIVERSITY PLAT NO. 1,
A 2-LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION IN THE `B-P" BUSINESS
PARK DISTRICT LOCATED NORTH OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE
AND EAST OF BLACK HAWK CREEK.
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City Council for approval of the final
plat of University Plat No. 1, a two -lot commercial subdivision located north of University
Avenue and east of Black Hawk Creek in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, and
zoned `B-P" Business Park District; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the final plat and finds the plat appropriate
for approval and recording.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Council hereby approves the final plat of University Plat No. 1, a two -lot
commercial subdivision in the "B-P" Business Park District, located north of University Avenue
and east of Black Hawk Creek.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March 2026.
