RESOLUTION NO. 2026-105
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF UNIVERSITY PLAT NO. 2,
A 3-LOT COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION IN
THE "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT LOCATED WEST OF 3345
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND 950 SHEERER AVENUE.
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City Council for approval of the final
plat of University Plat No. 2, a three -lot commercial subdivision located west of 3345 University
Avenue and zoned "C-2" Commercial District; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the final plat and finds the plat appropriate
for approval and recording.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Council hereby approves the final plat of University Plat No. 2, a three -lot
commercial and residential subdivision in the "C-2 Commercial District, located west of 3345
University Avenue.
