RESOLUTION NO. 2026-091
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 3, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT,
LLC, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED MARCH 17, 2025, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $75,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2026 KATOSKI DRIVE AND HUNTINGTON
ROAD RECONSTRUCTION, CONTRACT NO. 1123, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo previously entered into a Professional Services
Agreement with Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC, originally executed March 17, 2025;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to approve Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to said
Professional Services Agreement for additional and/or revised professional services in
conjunction with the FY 2026 Katoski Drive and Huntington Road Reconstruction, Contract No.
1123, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the proposal to be in the best interest of the City and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Foth
Infrastructure and Environment, LLC, originally executed March 17, 2025, in an amount not to
exceed $75,000.00, in conjunction with the FY 2026 Katoski Drive and Huntington Road
Reconstruction, Contract No. 1123, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
