RESOLUTION NO. 2026-093
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVING THE SAN MARNAN
BUSINESS PARK 1ST ADDITION - PHASE II, AS
SUBMITTED BY THE CLAPSADDLE-GARBER
ASSOCIATES, INC., SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT,
DNR FORM 29 (NOV 00) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES, AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION PLANS SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND
ACCEPTANCE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, construction plans have been prepared for sanitary sewer serving the San
Marnan Business Park 1st Addition — Phase II, and have been submitted to the City by
Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources requires execution of a Sewage
Treatment Agreement, DNR Form 29 (Nov 00) in connection with the proposed sanitary sewer
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve the submitted construction
plans and authorize execution of the required IDNR documents, with final acceptance of the
construction plans contingent upon IDNR review and acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The construction plans for sanitary sewer serving the San Marnan Business Park 1st
Addition — Phase II, as submitted by Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc., are hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
