RESOLUTION NO. 2026-094
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON CONSULTANTS, INC., OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$4,500.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SERGEANT ROAD TRAIL
REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 1091, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa is undertaking the Sergeant Road Trail Repairs,
Contract No. 1091, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain Terracon Consultants, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa to
provide professional services in conjunction with the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to approve a
Professional Services Agreement with Terracon for such services, in an amount not to exceed
$4,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Professional Services Agreement with Terracon Consultants, Inc., of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, in connection with Sergeant Road Trail Repairs, Contract No. 1091, in an amount not to
exceed $4,500.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
