This Addendum (in addition to and subject to the conditions contained in the Agreement for Services dated March 17, 2025),
(hereinafter "Addendum"), is made and entered into 2nd day of March, 2026 by and between FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE &
ENVIRONMENT, LLC, (hereinafter "Consultant") and City of Waterloo, (hereinafter "Client"), for the services described under
the Scope of Services (the "Services").

Scope of Services
Project Background
Refer to previous Huntington Road and Katoski Drive Reconstruction Agreement for Services Addendum No. 25-01
for a synopsis of the project background.
BASIC SERVICES OF THE CONSULTANT
The Scope of Services and basis for Compensation derivation are as follows:
1. Supplemental survey was completed for the temporary school entrance and temporary
sidewalk to incorporate into the design.
2. Multiple alignments and profiles were analyzed to minimize impacts to properties on the
north side of Huntington Road.
3. Additional design work was required to relocate the trail along Katoski Drive to the east
side of the roadway.
4. Additional design work was required to utilize elements of the existing storm sewer
system, including design modifications to standard storm sewer structures, to reduce the
construction cost of the project.
5. Additional coordination was required with MidAmerican Energy to address roadway and
roundabout lighting design.
6. Additional traffic modeling was required for the Greenhill Road roundabout due to the
complexity of the geometry of the existing roadway.
7. Two additional Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) were designed due to the
relocation of the trail along Katoski Drive to the east side of the roadway.
8. Additional landscape design was required to develop a concept that reduced construction
and maintenance costs.
9. A plat of survey was completed for the exchange of property between the school district
and Conrad property at 2620 Huntington Road to facilitate the design of the trail along the
north side of Huntington Road.
10. Additional coordination was required with the school district and their site contractor to
avoid conflicts during construction and ensure the design of both projects interconnected
with each other.
