RESOLUTION NO. 2013-112
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013
U.S. HIGHWAY 63 IMPROVEMENTS - CONGER
STREET/NEWELL STREET TO DONALD STREET,
CONTRACT NO. 790.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
F.Y. 2013 U.S. Highway 63 Improvements - Conger Street/Newell
Street to Donald Street, Contract No. 790, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2013 U.S.
Highway 63 Improvements - Conger Street/Newell Street to Donald
Street, Contract No. 790, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2013-59 on January 28, 2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
February 18, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2013 U.S. Highway 63 Improvements -
Conger Street/Newell Street to Donald Street, Contract No. 790,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
