RESOLUTION NO. 2013-113
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013 U.S. HIGHWAY 63
IMPROVEMENTS - CONGER STREET/NEWELL STREET TO
DONALD STREET, CONTRACT NO. 790.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-112, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2013 U.S. Highway 63 Improvements - Conger Street/Newell
Street to Donald Street, Contract No. 790, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on February 18, 2013 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2013.
