RESOLUTION NO. 2013-120
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO STICKFORT CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2013 SANS SOUCI WING DAM
REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 846, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$154,562.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Stickfort Construction Corporation of
Hudson, Iowa, in the amount of $154,562.00, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2013 Sans Souci Wing Dam Repairs, Contract No. 846,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2013-91 after
public hearing on February 18, 2013 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby awarded, the same being the apparent
lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2013.
