RESOLUTION NO. 2013-121
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH STICKFORT
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013 SANS SOUCI
WING DAM REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 846, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $154,562.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Stickfort Construction Corporation of
Hudson, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2013 Sans Souci Wing Dam Repairs,
Contract No. 846, in the amount of $154,562.00, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 18th day of February, 2013, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said Contract signed by
North American Specialty Insurance Company of Manchester, New
Hampshire, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2013.
