RESOLUTION NO. 2013-122
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR
SUBDIVISION PLATTING WITH CEDAR VALLEY TECH
WORKS, INC. AND FDP WTC, L.L.C. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Subdivision Platting dated February 18,
2013, authorizing approval of a plat of survey, granting a
variance to the subdivision platting requirements, and providing
for the future submittal of a preliminary and final plat of the
area, by and between Cedar Valley Tech Works, Inc., FDP WTC,
L.L.C. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2013.
