2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO
"C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, AS MARCH 11, 2013,
AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY
HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
