RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT
TO AMENDMENT NO. 2 OF THE AIRPORT MULTI -MODEL
PARK DEVELOPMENT PLAN WITH M & R IOWA, LLC
(FED EX) OF MADISON, WISCONSIN, AS MARCH 4,
2013, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 4th day of March, 2013, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the proposed Amendment
to Amendment No. 2 of the Airport Multi -Model Park Development
Plan with M & R Iowa, LLC (Fed Ex) of Madison, Wisconsin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2013.
