RESOLUTION NO. 2013-143
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF THE JOB
FOUNDATION TO HOLD A 2ND ANNUAL 5K RUN/WALK
EVENT ON SEPTEMBER 28, 2013.
WHEREAS, the Job Foundation has requested that they be
allowed to hold a 2nd Annual 5K Run/Walk event on September 28,
2013, together with the approval of the Director of Safety
Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 9:00 a.m., with the route
to start and end at the Hoing-Rice Softball Complex.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Job Foundation to hold a
2nd Annual 5K Run/Walk event on September 28, 2013, beginning at
9:00 a.m., with the route to start and end at the Hoing-Rice
Softball Complex, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2013.
