RESOLUTION NO. 2013-145
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013 ASPHALT OVERLAY
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 833.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-144, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2013 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 833, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on February 25, 2013 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2013.
