RESOLUTION NO. 2013-147
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED PROJECT
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH SUNNYSIDE SOUTH
ADDITION, LLC OF HUDSON, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDED AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to Project Development Agreement dated January
7, 2013, to update the legal description of the project area for
the vacation, sale and conveyance of a portion of San Marnan
Drive generally located between Galactic Drive and West 4th
Street, west of Ansborough Avenue for $1.00, plus costs, for the
purpose of relocating the roadway for the creation of new
residential lots, by and between Sunnyside South Addition, LLC of
Hudson, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2013.
