RESOLUTION NO. 2013-149
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH
DAKTRONICS, INC. OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated February 25, 2013, in the amount of
$715,000.00, for the purchase of a new scoreboard, video and
audio system for Young Arena, with the Waterloo Black Hawks
providing $245,000.00 and the Black Hawk County Gaming
Association providing $470,000.00, by and between Daktronics,
Inc. of Brookings, South Dakota and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2013.
