Extension of
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
Between
Waterloo Community School District
And
City of Waterloo, Iowa
The attached Memorandum of Agreement to provided technical and professional services in the
operation of the Waterloo Educational Access Channel was in effect from July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2016
and was made by and between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, hereinafter referred to as the CITY, and the
Waterloo Community School District, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT. Both parties wish to
extend the agreement on a month to month basis for a monthly fee of $1,000 to be paid to the City no
later than the 15th of each month. Both parties agree that there will be a ten day notice given for
cancellation of said agreement.
AUTHORIZATION:
We the undersigned, hereby certify that we, the properly authorized officers of the organization,
approve and implement this Partnership Agreement.
