RESOLUTION NO. 2026-141
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MUTUAL TERMINATION OF
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, IN RELATION TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 16, 2023,
WITH DLG INVESTMENTS, LLC, FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED EAST OF 2459 GT DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo and DLG Investments, LLC, entered into a
Development Agreement dated October 16, 2023, relating to property located east of 2459 GT
Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Cityand DLG Investments desire toterminate the Development
Agreement by mutual consent and to set forth their respective rights and obligations related to
such termination; and
WHEREAS, City staff recommends approval of a Mutual Termination of the
Development Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to approve said mutual termination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1 . The City Council hereby approves a Mutual Termination of Development Agreement
in relation to the Development Agreement dated October 16, 2023, with DLG Investments, LLC,
for the Property located east of 2459 GT Drive.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March 2026.
