RESOLUTION NO. 2026-120
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST TO SEEK
PROPOSALS FOR PARKING OPERATIONS AND
MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa owns and/or regulates certain public parking
facilities and related parking assets; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to evaluate qualified firms to provide parking operations
and management services in order to support efficient day-to-day operations, customer service,
revenue control, and effective administration of the City's parking system; and
WHEREAS, City staff recommends soliciting competitive proposals through a Request
for Proposals process for Parking Operations and Management Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Council hereby approves the request to seek proposals for Parking
Operations and Management Services and authorizes City staff to prepare related documents.
