RESOLUTION NO. 2013-151
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO MATTHIAS LANDSCAPING OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GATES PARK GOLF
COURSE - VIRDEN CREEK EROSION PROJECT, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $48,665.27.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Matthias Landscaping of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $48,665.27, in conjunction with the Gates Park Golf
Course - Virden Creek Erosion Project described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2013-116, after public hearing on
February 18, 2013 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2013.
