This is a summary of the ordinance amending the City of Waterloo Code of Ordinances Chapter 4, Plumbing Regulations. of Title 9, Building Reg- ulations. The general purpose of this Ordi- nance is to amend the City of Wa- terloo Code of Ordinances Chapter 4, Plumbing Regulations. of Title 9..
