CITY OF WATERLOO CODE OF OR-
DINANCES CHAPTER 5. MECHANI-
CAL SYSTEMS. OF TITLE 9. BUILD-
ING REGULATIONS.
Thii.s is a summaiv of the ordinance
amending the City of Waterloo Code
of Ordinances Chapter 5 Mechanical
Systems, of Title 9, Building Regula-
tions:
The general purpose of this Ordi-
nance is to amend the City of Water-
loo Code of Ordinances Chapter 5
Mechanical Systems. of Title 9, Build-
ing Regulations by adopting the 2024
International Mechanical Code and
the N.F.P.A. 54 fuel gas code.
The above is only a summary of the
Ordinance and not the complete text
of the Ordinance. Questions should be
directed to the office of the City Build-
ing Inspector. The Ordinance may be
inspected in its entirety at the office
of the City Clerk 715 Mulberry Street.
Waterloo, Iowa 50703, from Monday
through Friday between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The Ordinance will become effective
upon publication of this summary.
