RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)
2013 JOHN DEERE 7700 FAIRWAY MOWERS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $93,670.00, MINUS ONE (1) TRADE-IN
OF $3,000.00, FOR A TOTAL PURCHASE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $90,670.00, FROM VAN WALL EQUIPMENT
OF ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS, THROUGH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION STATE BID
PROCESS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Leisure Services Director be and the same is hereby
authorized to Purchase Two (2) 2013 John Deere 7700 Fairway
Mowers, in the amount of $93,670.00, minus one (1) trade-in of
$3,000.00, for a total purchase in the amount of $90,670.00, from
Van Wall Equipment of Rock Island, Illinois, through the Iowa
Department of Transportation State bid process.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2013.
