RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
JOHN DEERE 5093E UTILITY TRACTOR, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $39,224.68, MINUS TRADE-INS OF
$7,500.00, FOR A TOTAL PURCHASE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $31,724.68, FROM JOHN DEERE
COMPANY OF CARY, NORTH CAROLINA, THROUGH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION STATE BID

IMPLEMENT OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Leisure Services Director be and the same is
hereby authorized to purchase one (1) John Deere 5093E Utility
Tractor, in the amount of $39,224.68, minus trade-ins of
$7,500.00, for a total purchase in the amount of $31,724.68,
from John Deere Company of Cary, North Carolina, through the
Iowa Department of Transportation State bid process, to be
delivered by Waterloo Implement of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2013.
