RESOLUTION NO. 2013-158
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR FUNDS FOR
JSA DEVELOPMENT, LLC IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,650,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH MULTI-
FAMILY (RENTAL) UNIT PRODUCTION - NEW
CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM - ROUND 5, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated February 25, 2013 for Iowa Economic
Development Authority funds for JSA Development, LLC in the
amount of $1,650,000.00, in conjunction with Multi -Family
(Rental) Unit Production - New Construction Program - Round 5, by
and between Iowa Economic Development Authority and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2013.
