RESOLUTION NO. 2013-65
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF DR. WALTER
CUNNINGHAM SCHOOL FOR EXCELLENCE TO HOLD
CUNNINGHAM 5K RUN/WALK EVENT ON APRIL 20,
2013.
WHEREAS, the Dr. Walter Cunningham School for Excellence has
requested that they be allowed to hold a Cunningham 5K Run/Walk
event on April 20, 2013, together with the approval of the
Director of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 9:00 a.m., with the route
to start and end at Cunningham School at the corner of Ash and
Cottage Streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Dr. Walter Cunningham
School for Excellence to hold a Cunningham 5K Run/Walk event on
April 20, 2013 beginning at 9:00 a.m., with the route to start
and end at Cunningham School at the corner of Ash and Cottage
Streets, be and the same is hereby approved.
