OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened
in the Harold E. Getty Council Cham-
bers In City Hall. In the City of Water-
loo. Iowa, on the 26th day of March
2026 at 1:60 p.m., and the proposals
will be acted upon at such later time
and place as may then be fixed by the
City Council. The bid opening wit be
livestreamed on YouTube and made
available on the o1 website.

SCOPE QF WQRKS
The extent o1 the work involved is the
pavement scarification of existing as-
phalt streets or placing interlayer on
concrete streets. Placing a new hot
rnix asphalt overlay on these streets
and any other work needed to com-
plete the overlay of said streets.
