NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th
day of April 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in
the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearingwill be held by
the Council of the ity of Waterloo.
Iowa, to authorize the sale and con-
veyance of city -owned property locat-
ed west of 1425 Hawthorne Avenue,
in the amount of $5,000.00, to E & C
Investments, LLC, including approval
of a Development Agreement for the
construction of a single-family home
with a $5,000.00 refund of the pur-
chase price and a grant of $5:000.00
for infill housing incentive, legally de-
scribed as follows:
Lot 4 and the South One -Half of the
vacated alley adjoining said Lot an the
North, all in Whittles Second Addiiton.
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Anyone who Is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
